• explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns
• reflect on experiences in a safe environment
• develop practical coping strategies
• work towards meaningful and lasting change

Your needs and goals guide therapy, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready to.

When Individual Therapy May Be Helpful
People seek therapy for many different reasons. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, or challenges related to health, identity, or life transitions.

Is Therapy Right for Me?
Many people consider therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. You don’t need to be in crisis for therapy to be helpful.
Therapy can provide a supportive space to reflect on your experiences, understand patterns in your thoughts and emotions, and develop new ways of coping with life’s challenges.

If you are unsure whether therapy might be helpful for you, a short discovery call can be a good first step.
