We are a team of highly experienced Clinical and Counselling Psychologists, as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapists—all registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and BABCP. Several literature reviews and researches have shown that Online Therapy is as effective as One-to-One Therapy in addressing most common emotional difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood and stress.

The only difference is that you can engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home or office without using precious time for long commutes to the therapist's office. You have more choice, as you can choose the therapist that is right for you without having to worry where they are based.
